About me

I am a Registered Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and adhere to their ethics and code of conduct. My background was originally relationship therapy with a master’s in systemic and multicultural Couple and Family therapy. This foundation informs how I work with client’s attachment styles, but also the whole social context that effects us.

I went on to specialize with both couples and individuals in a psychosexual therapy clinic. This was a rich experience that taught me no issue is too shocking or too small to be useful in therapy. It was through this work I found my passion: trauma & talk therapy for individuals.

In pursuing this passion, I finished level 1 and 2 qualifications in Brainspotting. Over the past year of doing individual therapy, I have been incredibly fortunate to see people learn and grow. I am thankful to each of my clients for their bravery and vulnerability.

I’m bisexual, chronically ill (fibromyalgia, endometriosis and CFS), and diagnosed with ADHD. I like working with people who share my identities and with the folks who don’t. Everyone is welcome.
